Information for Exhibitors & Vendors

Applications must be received by 1st October 2022.  Late applications may be accepted if there is available space.  Bookings are not secured until full payment has been made and you receive confirmation from us.


By submitting an application for a Trade Fair Site you agree to the Terms & Conditions for Exhibitors and Vendors.


You must submit a copy of your Certificate of Currency and proof of payment showing you have a Public Liability Risk policy for the period of the show. If your policy is due for renewal between now and the show dates, you must forward proof of renewal at least two weeks before the show.  Applications without an insurance certificate and receipt will not be processed.


If you will be selling food of any kind (including pre-packaged food and showbags containing food) you must submit a copy of your Certificate of Registration of a Food Business current for the dates of the show.  Please contact the Shire of Augusta Margaret River if you do not have a food business registration.


To register your interest in becoming a sponsor, please complete the Sponsorship Application form attached.  Sponsorship packages include a Trade Space Site, promotion before the event, announcements during the event and even naming rights for the show.  This is an excellent way to gain extra exposure for your business or organisation, while supporting a community event.
