Where will Pepper Poo? Margaret River Show 2024
Information, Terms and Conditions
1. This lottery is a fundraiser for the Margaret River Agricultural Society Inc.
2. Tickets will be on sale from 9am Wednesday 21st August 2024 until 10am Saturday 19th October.
3. Tickets are $30 each and 324 tickets will be available.
4. First Prize is $2,000. Consolation Prize is $500.
5. Entrants must be at least 12 years old.
6. Tickets will be sold online only via RaffleTix with a link available on Facebook, Instagram and the Show website: www.margaretrivershow.com
7. Any unsold squares will be owned by Margaret River & Districts Agricultural Society Inc.
8. The lottery will consist of a pen containing a grid of 324 equal squares, each marked with a unique number from 1 to 324.
9. At 10am Saturday 19th October 2024, Pepper the cow will be moved into the gridded pen.
10. Pepper will remain in the pen until 4pm Saturday 19th October 2024.
11. If no poo occurs between 10am and 4pm, a random draw will be conducted at 4pm to select the first prize and consolation prize winners.
12. If Pepper poos between 10am and 4pm, the unique numbered square in which the first poo lands is the first prize winning square.
13. If the first poo lands across more than one square, the $2,000 first prize will be shared equally between the ticket holders for each square.
14. If a second poo occurs before 4pm, the ticket holder/s of the square/s will win or share the
consolation prize of $500.
15. If no second poo occurs, a random draw will be conducted at 4pm to select the consolation prize winner.
16. No prizes will be given for any further poos after the first and second.
17. Winners will be notified by the telephone number provided at the time of ticket purchase.
18. Winners will be required to show identification and their Humanitix QR code to claim their prize.
19. The judges’ decision is final.
20. A percentage of proceeds of this lottery will be paid to RaffleTix Holdings Pty Ltd as a professional fundraiser.
